Earlier today, we experienced a temporary outage caused by a third party dependency. Our engineering team identified the issue promptly and deployed a fix to restore service by 8:45 AM ET.

All systems are now fully operational. As this issue may have caused some profiles to be logged out, we recommend checking that your scoreboards and tablets have regained access and are displaying correctly.

We’re implementing improvements to prevent similar dependency issues in the future, including enhanced monitoring and more resilient initialization processes.
